Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Free shipping on every order, with no minimum.
• We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is unavailable.
• Orders are processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Tracked delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after shipment.
• Our fulfillment partners pack and ship orders, with the carrier selected based on your location and transit conditions.
• Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because the address is incorrect or undeliverable, we may charge to reship it or refund the order minus shipping costs, at our discretion.

Delayed or damaged orders

If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos, if applicable, and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the damage. Once validated, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Returns and refunds

For quality and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

Opened or unsealed products cannot be refunded. In select cases, we may offer store credit at our discretion. Contact us with details and photos.

Payment disputes

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us before starting a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first breaches our terms and may result in being unable to purchase from us in future.
